Tenchu 4 Wii At TGS; Ubisoft Confirm Western Release

From Software have confirmed that Tenchu 4 for the Wii will be shown in playable form at the Tokyo Game Show ahead of it’s Japanese release on the 23rd October.

The stealth action series will be making its debut on a Nintendo home console, having previously been confined to Sony and Microsoft systems, and early indications suggest that it will be a return to form after the poorly received Tenchu Z.

Ubisoft have struck a deal to distribute the title in North America and Europe, although they are yet to confirm a likely release date. Gameplay video after the jump.
